All frostings with cream cheese or whipped cream need to be refrigerated. Refrigerated cupcakes must not remain there for more than a few hours, as they will begin to dry out. All cupcakes may be frozen for up to 2 months. Please allow thawing for up to an hour after freezing before consuming. All cupcakes (besides the ones mentioned above) may be kept at room temperature for 1-2 days. Best if eaten at room temperature.
